Philosophy

Our training philosophy is that competence and confidence go hand in hand. Learning as you go is great but often leaves you with a sense of perhaps there are vital steps you are missing or shortcuts which could make your life easier.

We believe that training is important. We also believe that investing in training for your staff will greatly benefit your practice as well as leading to increased job satisfaction for your staff.

How training is delivered is important.  Not all computer people make good teachers!  Our trainers hold Adult Education qualifications as well as having many years experience in medical practice management.  We understand your unique world and offer training designed to increase skills, knowledge, efficiency and confidence.  We are experienced at quickly analysing learning needs and adapt both our subject matter and training techniques for each group to maximise the learning experience.

Evaluation, reflection and upskilling - continual processes that, when implemented well, lead to continual improvement.
